It was great to meet Aaron and have him service the 2 units we have. He was on time, very friendly and polite. He went about his service quietly, quickly and very thoroughly. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant to chat with. Its our first time using Dales services and if this is anything to go by it will be an long and ongoing arrangement.

We have been having trouble for years with our HVAC. Instead of calling the same company that still has not found the problem, we decided to try Dale’s and will never call anyone else again! They were punctual, actually showed up in their windows, very polite, and after thoroughly inspecting our HVAC found the problem and submitted a tiered price sheet. It’s finally fixed!! Each spring and fall, a technician for Dale’s comes our and does a thorough heating/air system check, which prepares my system does the cold of winter or heat of summer. If something needs fixing, you get priority service and discounted prices. Heartily recommend Dale’s!
