Our unit had a wiring issue. I emailed Dale's for an appointment and even with it being after hours Shelly called us back the same night and scheduled us for the next day! Aaron came out the next day on time and fixed our issue. He also cleaned our unit inside and out since we are a part of the comfort club. Then after that, he even put away our water hose for us (this hose is 100 feet long and not fun to roll up lol)! The attention to detail is huge for us and we're grateful there is a business that still offers this kind of customer service. GREAT SERVICE and a great team of people!

Our Heat/Air stopped working on New Year's Day. Luckily, it wasn't Christmas Day when the temps were 7 degrees. We knew it would be a day or two since it was New Year's weekend, but the temps were moderate, so we weren't in need of immediate service. We left a message for Dale's on Sunday and were contacted by Dale's the next working day at 9 am promptly. Within one hour, Andrew T. showed up at our house and quickly found that our disconnect box had melted. Andrew T. was excellent and highly knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the problem to us and was very personable. He had the part available and since we are part of Dale's Comfort Club we received 15% off the repairs. We have had nothing but good experiences with Dale's and their technicians and office workers are awesome!
