The Dales' tech was great. He discovered two problems with one of our HVAC units during a routine maintenance check that could have caused us loss of cooling during the middle of the the hot summer. One was repaired immediately at the time of maintenance check. The other required ordering a new coil and was repaired as soon as the coil came in. Unit is working better than ever.

Air unit wasn’t working properly. Dale’s was able to send someone the same day. Rodrigo was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Part had to be ordered but he had a rebuilt part that he installed to the unit so that I would have air until the new part came in. It is working fine. Thank you Rodrigo for getting my air going the same day it went out!!!
