He was very courteous, thorough, and very informative about what he had done, and why.

Our A/C went out on Friday afternoon, we called Dale's at 4:30 and Derrick came at 6:30. After a quick analysis, he replaced the blown capacitor and had us up and running in 30 minutes. We could not be more pleased with Derrick and Dale's.
