The new install and the follow up services have always been super. Jordan is very knowledgeable and professional. Right down to wearing the booties to protect my floors.

Service was great. Tech arrived repaired my unit in under an hour. Tech was very friendly and approachable. While waiting to verify that my system was back to optimal performance, The service tech informed me of things that I could do to improve my system and preventive maintenance. He did this and never tried to upsell me. Dale's was able t have someone at my house within 5 hours of me calling. I expected to go at least a day with my unit. They also offer multiple price options when possible on repairs.

Derrick was very thorough in performing top notch preventive maintenance on my HVAC systems. I am grateful for his explanation of how the bleach flush process works on the upstairs split-level unit. He did his work with little to no interference with our activities. Pleasant , courteous and seemingly professional at the job. Explained what he did and made suggestions on how to keep system in good shape. All in all, very pleasant, unobtrusive visit. Very dependable service. Calls and updates on arrival time which was promptly at my appointment time. Always very knowledgeable and courteous. Office staff was quick to get me an appointment time that worked for me. I can depend on Dales and the team.

The serviceman was very cordial & knew what he was doing. He explained in detail what work needed to be done, but didn't insist that it be done now. It is for the downstairs unit which only actually runs very little, not enough to cause a strain on the system
