The installation crew of team leader Cory and Stephen were very professional and did a great job. I was tremendously impressed when Cory apprised me that during duct replacement process that it would not be possible to run a seamless piece of the same size because the area in the attic was severely limited in terms of accessibility. Evidently, this limitation exists since the original duct work was installed after that section of the attic was constructed. Not stopping there, Cory wisely improvised and developed an effective workaround solution that still achieves greater airflow circulation and performance efficiency. Kudos to Cory for his professional honestly in informing me as some technicians might have chosen not to inform the customer about this issue and go ahead and sweep it under the rug. Equally importantly, I am grateful for his creative thinking and resourcefulness that managed to achieve the desired performance result from my new 16 SEER Carrier Performance Series HVAC system. All in all, everything went according to the plan and schedule, my installation was carried out successfully. I appreciate all of the extra thoughts and efforts by Cory and Stephen as well as their attention to detail that ensured no damages occurred to my property while removing old HVAC system and installing my new Carrier HVAC system.
