Derrick did a great job. Was professional and thorough in his check and cleaning of our HVAC unit. Went the extra mile to try and figure out why the venting wasn't quite right and made adjustments to the unit to fix the issue - all as part of the maintenance and cleaning service. I would definitely recommend him.

A year ago I purchased the humidifier but it never ran correctly and I thought my $2,000 investment for the wiring, humidifier, new thermostat plus new tank was a waste of money. Every tech who has come to work on this unit has done something different and given me a different explanation of what was wrong. Last spring I thought my troubles might be over but once again the unit was not working correctly. Eric came out and spent some time going over the unit wiring and settings. After a year of struggles the unit is working as advertised!!! I asked Eric to put signs on the furnace and humidifier to warn other techs to not touch the wiring or settings. There are now big tags on both units and I am hoping this will be the end of the endless problems. Thank you Eric for a job well done!
