Professional Service
Andrew did the install of our remote sensor, module and thermostat in a very professional manner. He was pleasant, polite and appeared to be very knowledgeable. At any time I asked him a question, he did not hesitate to stop what he was doing and address my question. Also appreciate the fact he put covers on his shoes to help keep the outside dirt outside. He is without question a valuable asset to Dale's HVAC.

Eric fixed my ailing heat pump when the inside temperature was 58 degrees. He found the problem and related my heat pump. He showed me the cause (fuses), replaced them, and took time to answer my questions. Eric is the type of employee you want to keep. He is a GREAT representive for Dale's.
