Great service
Very appreciative of a quality technician. After a routine service call for Freon, the tech was packing up and walking back to his truck when he heard a noise coming from my AC unit. Instead of ignoring it, he went back to check. Turns out the fan motor had seized up and needed to be replaced. Instead of scheduling another appointment to fix the issue, he let us know what was going on and stayed the extra 30 minutes to 6:45pm to get the unit back up and running. Great techs and great service. I highly recommend using Dale's.
