The gentleman was very competent, and was able to diagnose the issue using linear thought. He then worked his way through repair options until it became clear a replacement was needed. He made a thoughtful plan considerate of our time. We plan to follow up tomorrow. He educated us in layman terms. Keep him on your payroll. I was very impressed
