Motor broke on a unit that is 15 months old which is disappointing. Had to miss work and pay for the service call. Part was on back order making me think this is a common problem. Does not give me much confidence in my unit. Had to miss work again when the unit was repaired. Dales did provide a temporary fix so at least I had air conditioning while waiting for the part. Dales technicians are always very professional and curtious. Hope all this explains the low ratings.
