Knowing nothing about heat pumps or how they operate I am at a loss as to know how to evaluate the service. The gentleman that worked on mine today sounded to me and convince me that he knew what he was doing and I had some experience with it at this point, I am happy with the service and with the service workman that performed the service.

Rodrigo did a thorough job, he found a problem with our heat pump compressor but didn’t try to up sell us, he wants to do further testing in the cooling season to make sure that is the correct issue.
