I love Andrew's pleasant and knowledgable service, and no complaints about him. As a customer with a new install for an incredibly expensive "All Bells And Whistles" that was suddenly making an "odd" sound I had not heard before, I decided to call Dale's. We have the service agreement; so I thought Dale's also would want to know if their new expensive system is not operating as it should, they'd get someone to do check it out for free. The woman on the phone mentioned there would be a fee and I said we have the service agreement (2X) a year. I'll discuss with Andrew. Andrew came and checked out the system. Turns out it was the dehumidifying unit that was working constantly due to rain. Andrew was here for less than 45 minutes. I did ask him about the fee and he said he would need to charge me for the visit. I agreed, but I am really unhappy about it. It also makes me question if the service agreement specifically with Dale's is worth it. There may be better service agreements with other companies, which I may need to investigate. Also, our service agreement which we pay for two systems is "staggered" as the one installed by Dale's had a 6 month coverage. So my question about that is if we decide NOT to re-up for our service contract, does Dale's have it on record that one will end 6 months after the other one? Just need these questions answered. I went with you guys because of your reputation, but I knew you were more expensive. So now it appears that you are "nickel and diming" me. Thanks, Steve

The technician (Said, S) was very helpful. When scheduling my maintenance appointment I let them know that i had some questions regarding my air intake pipe. I found a hole but wanted verification. I had a picture but Said, S went above and beyond and got in my crawl space to verify and recommended what I could do to fix it. I didn't ask him to physically check but he did and I felt better about how to go forward. He was professional and very pleasant and easy to talk too. Put me at easy concerning this issue.
