I received a phone call and email that Dale's would be coming today between 10--12, and another call the morning of the call. I appreciate all the notifications. The employee was friendly and seemed skilled at what he was doing.

I would recommend Dale's very highly. We've had our system for approximately 8 years and have been very happy with it. We have had no trouble with the cooling or heating. We recommend the regular service agreement. We feel that it is a worthwhile investment to maintain such a valuable investment.

“Said” conducted the 6 month routine maintenance and installed a new bulb in the main floor ultra violet purifier. His demeanor, professionalism courteous manner were outstanding. We would recommend Said and Dales to anyone looking for great AC and Heating needs.

I highly recommend Dale”s Heating & Air for their ability to Accommodate the immediate service call to install my New Wireless Thermostat. The Service Tech “Andrew” was Exceptional in his ability's to install ,as well as, completely review the operation of the Thermostat. Also, the quality of service as to checking the work being preform was indeed worthy of recommendation and future call back.

Came out for maintenance call making sure to be there because I knew something was wrong with my HVAC system (heat bill tripled).Very friendly and helpful when I inquired about other HVAC related projects I was looking to do. Took the time to show me the problems with my HVAC and I decided the best option was to replace it. The service was great and they turned me into an informed customer which made my decision easier. I walked away relieved and looking forward to my new HVAC. The service was great but so was the price and terms.

He always does a great job checking my system and he looks for problems like today he needed to add a support strap to the vent. Others might not have been as observant.He also helped me figure out a way to balance my upstairs and downstairs temperatures d set o my house is more comfortable.
