I was very pleased. I received a call back on a Sunday within an hour; had an appointment to have my system checked within the next two hours; and the technician had the problem resolved within the next two hours. He returned a few days later to install the factory exhaust fan motor and clean the unit. Both times he was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The office personnel who I spoke to were also very professional.

John did a great job in servicing our 2 A/C units. Our tech was friendly, professional, and thorough checking every component of our units. He explained his work procedure and answered all my questions. Dales A/C program is simply the best. When you have such a great program AND such a great Tech you've found the company you will stay with for life.
