Seems as the technician did a complete inspection and cleaning of our propane furnace. He gave a good report as to the condition of the furnace.

Technician arrived on time. Was dressed in company uniform and explained what he was going to do. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous. He went over the tasks he performed and what he found in detail and was open to any questions I had. This helped with gaining the trust of his company.

Jordan performed my home heating and air conditioning service on both my upstairs and downstairs units. He gave me a thorough explanation of what he had done adn answered any questions I had. Jordan was very friendly and professional. I plan to use Dale's for all my future heating and air conditioning needs. I love the program they offer on a continuing basis.

He also has a dynamic personality and well-verserd in many subjects, particularly related to technology. In the area of providing top-notch customer service while conducting preventive maintenance, Derrick not only fixed the handle to the gate that he needed to access the location of the HVAC unit, he managed to straighten two columns at the top that incurred slight movement during a recent new roof installation. Not stopping there, when Derrick inspected the water filter associated with the humidifier system in the crawl space he tightened a loose connection to that device which had been leaking a small amount of water. Without any reservation, I am grateful for the outstanding customer service provided by Derrick Dixon today and glad to have selected Dale's Heating & Air for all of my HVAC requirements.
