Andrew came out on Monday for my problem and looked at the units and said all was good. On Tuesday afternoon the problem started again,I called and they sent Eric out and he found the problem and fixed it. I thought the price was a little high, then I received an e-mail with paid bill and it said you could save $38.10, no one told me that which if I could have saved the money why did they not tell me when I paid him.

I have used Dale's several times and they have always given me great work. Told several neighbors and they also used them and thought they do excellent work.

Heat would not come on. Called Dale's about 8 am on Monday morning. Service technician was here in approximately 30 minutes. Repair was completed and the heat was back on within 30 minutes. Technician was extremely courteous and took time to explain the problem, even showing me a cell phone picture he took of the problem found before the repair. Great response and great service.

we needed new ductwork and within 1 week the job was completed....the techs arrived at 8:30 in the am and were done by 2:30pm. They took the time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I am excited to have better indoor quality air again ....it is working good now and hope for a long time to come.

Andrew was terrific! We had an emergency need as our air conditioning was leaking water late Thursday night...we were closing on our house early the next morning and he came right over and fixed the problem. Hats off to Andrew as he is a great representative for Dales Heating and Air!

Our A/C wasn't working, so we called Dale's (after hours). Eric came out and fixed our problem within an hour and a half after the call was made. WOW!

This service visit was, as usual, professional and friendly. Every effort was made to find out why my thermostat/air conditioning unit didn’t seem to be working as expected. When investigation showed the unit itself didn’t seem to be the problem, a new thermostat was installed at no charge (I had purchased a new one just a few months earlier) to see if the problem was the thermostat. Time will tell if this fixes the problem, but so far so good!
