Derrick came in to check our old unit. He found issues with the old unit that rendered the unit unusable and potentially a health hazard for our family. He contacted home office who immediately responded with recommendations of replacement and upgrades of our unit. Not only did Derrick (and the entire Dale's team) replace our unit with an efficient and money saving unit, they supplied my home with a temporary room unit until the central unit could be installed. We are now devoted Dale's Heating and Air customers. I highly recommend Dale's, and his entire team, when you need any type of heating or air service.

Aaron had to make 3 trips because the first time the problem couldn’t be found but then when we called the second time he was relentless in finally finding the problem but didn’t have the right part on the truck. He did have a part that he could use until the permanent one did so that way we wouldn’t have to go without a/c over the weekend. He came back on Tuesday and replaced it and everything is back to normal
