I have enjoyed great service from Dale's Heating and Air. Several years ago I struggled with an aging HVAC which went out during a stretch of 15 degree weather. The Dale's team came out after dark and worked until I had heat! When my next HVAC was destroyed in the 2020 tornado, Dale's worked with me and the insurance people and inspection people to get my new unit installed and running. This week Brendon installed insulation in part of my attic and replaced insulation in my crawl space which had deteriorated. The service was once again great! Brendon was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable, and I am very pleased.

Andrew did a wonderful job and I really appreciated his ability to rush getting the parts he needed.

Install of new AC unit was leaking water after a couple weeks of running. Called Dale’s at 8am the morning after I noticed the water, and they dispatched Brendon promptly that afternoon. Brendon spent a couple hours thoroughly documenting the water damage, troubleshooting the cause(s), properly leveling the unit, replacing a couple parts that were not effective at install, and tracing the condensation lines. He noted that a pump would have been advisable as well at install. Hopefully that resolved the water issue (will see over time) and will need to address the damaged ceiling and wall underneath the unit. I have every reason to believe Dale’s will make it right. So far, they have been very responsive and great to work with.

Curtis did an excellent job of reviewing our system and providing me input about its condition and how it was working.

Curtis is fabulous! He is polite, personable and knowledgeable. He explains everything to me in a way that I can understand. He shows videos of what is going on with my unit and provides good information on my options.

I always appreciate the service call when Andrew Tracy comes. He is so efficient and knowledgeable and always patiently and kindly answers all my questions. This time he gave me a better way to deal with setting my thermostat and i have been using it ever since. When I call to schedule to schedule my fall service, I would like to be able to request that Andrew will be the technician you will send.

Derrick did a fantastic job! We recently got a new smart thermostat that isn’t known on the market and even though he was not familiar with it, he went out of his way to really try to understand why it was not working well with our HVAC unit and spent a good amount of time trying to find the root of the cause. Our air conditioning stopped working and would not cool down at all. At the end of it all we were able to make informed decisions on if we wanted to keep that thermostat and went back to our trusty original one and had air condition back within minutes of reinstall.
