The service tech was very professional

Phoned for a Service Call at 0930 hours and was told that someone would arrived between 1000 and 1200. Arrived spot on and immediately set to work gleaning our problem. Personable HVAC Tech Andrew who my the visit personable and pleasurable. We are new to Chattanooga and didn't have a clue on who to call... so glad I called Dale's Heating and Air! New Customer for Life!

Andrew was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Weekend service calls are outrageously priced. Had to do without air until Monday and labor charge was still very high.

Condenser unit was not working. Called Dale's and on call back they offered to come out that night (after 7:00pm). Luckily was able to determine a fuse was blown and a part was underperforming. Fixed and air back on.

Our upstairs AC unit stopped cooling Sunday Night. We called Dale’s and Aaron was here in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem and was finished within an hour of his arrival. So far the unit is working normally as expected.. Thanks Aaron for a job well done !

This was my first experience as a Dale's customer. I was given a 2-hour window for the tech's arrival and was called when he was on the way. Tech Tracy was very knowledgeable about A/C systems and worked very hard to repair the problem. He was also professional and nice. I was very pleased with the repair results and with the assistance I received in scheduling the visit. The cost was reasonable for the work performed. Five stars for Dale's!

Arrived home on Friday to a HOT house. AC wasn’t working at all. Derrick, service tech, was here within a couple of hrs. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem!! Nice guy, good communication and excellent service!

This tech also answered questions and was very professional in the way he went about his business. Dale's provides great service at a fair price.

Everything was perfectly done. All questions answered with options presented to improve the current system.
